Acceptable Speeds?

For Troy,NY RR im getting 2900/383 according to DSLReports and pings(from lets say a server in NJ)of about 35-50ms

I had speeds similiar to that (2500/370) up until this last weekend. Now I'm down to 1800/370, so I guess those are acceptable, but who is your provider again?:)

I've got RR also.

Those are the kinds of speed I had a year or so ago and I want them back!

So, you have a son that does those things too? Mine insists that he/they don't. Strange how ad aware caught some of their cookies. Do you hear this a lot? I didn't do it!

Actually… He’s pretty good. The only time he did download some junk, the wife use his computer shortly after to check out a cooking web site. By mistake she open the history… and life for my son, as he knew it changed. That was a long time ago. Probably on Battle net doing some killing.
