DANGIT IE and GOHIP.com!!!!

What is the problem here. Every time I restart my computer, my homepage sets to "gohip.com". All these annoying ads and browsers pop up, and its so hard to close them before they get there. I can reset my home page in settings, but once I restart, it goes back to gohip.com. Can ANYONE PLEASE tell me how to fix this? I am getting so irritated!!

That is REDICULOUS that they would change my computer to automatically do that, so I have to go to their friggin web page and download a program that fixes it!
