Its causing me alot of grief when ever i try and print something i get svreen freeze so hit crt alt del and it says Msgsrv32 is not responding so i end task and my screen freeze goes away.

nuth but prbs around here even after my reformat of c drive :rolleyes: maybe i ned to flash my bios

Don't know what to tell you. Maybe try to reinstall the printer drivers? Sorry the link above is so long, but that's Microsoft for ya!:(

i Just reinstalled windows and i chose not to save file settings<(which i think is bullsheite anyway). and still cant print as well as some other functions.

I'm thinking about flashing my bios although i have never done that b4

The program you are referring to is a program for windows 32-bit vxd messenger server. It a built in program for windows. Which can not be remove. You might try reinstalling from your os disk. Or you may have a software program conflicting with it. I hope this helps you out. You can find it in C:|windows\system file. GoodLuck!;)

I have seen that program conflicting with a bad install of norton's AV before. Try disabling that if you have it.
