Any idea why my cable connection slows down after a long download? I use win ME, Have been using rambooster as I thought it was due to memory probs. No luck there........

What you need to do is tweak! Please click on my signature and take the TCP/IP analyzer test. Copy and paste your results without your IP Address. Also please tell me what are your advertised speeds and current speeds. Thank you.

on a big download it will start at 30-40 kbs after 4-5 hours it will be down to 3-4 kbs or slower:sleep:
I have started tweaking by changing the r win values and I have assigned 4mg ram to the network card. I have not tried this overnight yet though.
