LinkSys router

I finally setup my LinkSys(BEFSR41 v.2) router. I have @Home and expected the mail and news access not to function without changing from mail and news servers to the complete server addresses. This appears to not be the case. Have I incorrectly setup the router. I followed the instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

you mean your mail and news works and you didnt have to make any changes to it? if so what are you complaining about?

Using mail and newsgroups through a Linksys router requires no additional configuration.
