How do i add a frame in Microsoft Frontpage

I am currently building a webpage for a family member and im using microsoft frontpage to do it "yes the easy way". And i was wondering how do i add a frame with it. I want to add a fram eto the introduction page so you can click and move around you know what i mean so ill shut up and let the pros tell me.

try this site, it may help you out some. i know how to do the frame, but its kinda hard to explain. You can start by adding "new" page, then selecting framed pages.
