Hi all,

I know it's a little rough out there for the internet companies. But there must be some good deals out there still. Does anyone have any links, or know of any good deals I can get? I'm open to DSL and Cable. Both are very available in my area. I remember when I could have gotten a free computer! Sigh, i shouldnt' have waited so long.

it all depends on what companies offer service in your area. There are so many diff ISP comps, list the available ones.

Free broad bandwidth will soon be extinct, as start up ISP's are finding out how expensive it is to run/manage it. Even the strong ISPs now, prices are only going up for their services.

Dial up used to be quite easy to offer for free, as your only cost was your main pipe, and the number of modems you wanted in your back for whatever you deemed to be an acceptable modem/client ratio. The ISP didn't have to cover CO to clients house lines. With broad bandwidth they do....$$$

Been to dslreports didn't see any deals...found pretty standard prices...just thought maybe someone knew a good deal out there.
