What are your cable modem's max download speeds? Also, system specs would help. Do you have the CableNut adjuster? And do what ping said... do a search and see if you find any helpful posts :)

Umm, yes, i do have cablenut. My download's are restricted to 65 kilobytes per sec, and no, i haven;t done the ping test
