Rwin Value and Vcpt.386 fix

I have Windows Me and tried using the Vcpt.386 fix and set
Tcp13230pts to 1 ,but the analyzer reports me still at 49182. Does anyone have any suggestions ? Sorry I posted this in the
wrong forum. I'm new here. Thanks.

Win ME does not need or use Vtcp 386th Fix, do a search on your computure find it and delete it, turn proxy server off for ananlyzer to read right, go to help page in my signature, 2nd page at bottom tells you how to turn off proxy :) :) :)

Thanks for your suggestions,I deleted the fix. My @home is set up with Use automatic configuration script and http://proxy:8080.If I shut this off will it work the same way or is this configuration different?:confused:
