I just have a quick question.

I have found out that my ISP's max MTU is 1454 (PPPoE).
One of the reg tweaks I downloaded set the MTU higher than that(I think 1500) Is there a problem or downside to having this value set higher than my ISP's Max?

One last question. Is there a way to find the optimum setting for my MSS? If not what would be the best for MSS & MTU?

MSS is set automattically by Windows, if you are on PPPoE connection your MTU should be 1492, see help page below in signature, middle of 1st page click on DSL, you may have downloaded wrong patch as there is one for PPPoE, just run back to default patch on patch page if that is the case, it only takes out Speedguide patches:) :) :)
