I have a highspeed (cable) peer net in my home consisting of a linksys router and Zonealarm installed on each pc.
I like some of the options Active Desktop has to offer, but wish to know if it presents unnecessary/additional security dangers to my home net.
Also, I searched these boards and read opinions that state generally speaking it is bug-infested crap. Considering that, does it also slow each pc and/or use additional resources?
OS's on the net include Win95 osr2, win98, win98se, and ME.
