Satellite questions

As a new member I must say I'm impressed with this site and forum. It's great to find a place such as this. Can anyone help me get this sat connection going hot? I have the DirecPc one way system with the USB sat modem. Win 98 and a 2 client home network that I finally got to work with AnalogX Proxie. I am unsure of the mods to make. TIA

i don't think you're gonna find the help you need here. i use to have direcpc myself. i could help you with the basics and common problems but i know nothing about what you got goin' on. if nobody here can help - try going to dslreports.com >
community >forum, and look about 1/2 way down page where it says "other broadband" - alot of those folks have sat. dish's.

not much experience with satellite myself. try a search on it, and check out Lobo's help page in my sig it may have some info you may wanna read. as well as all the other good links I have. :)
