RWIN Value & VTCP.386 Fix

I applied the fix, however, RWIN still reports as 65,535. Any suggestion as to why is appreciated. Thanks--

Set Tcp1323Opts to 1, this allows scalling and number to go above 65535:)

I have a suggestion, Moderators don't like when the wrong threads are posted in the wrong forums.. cuz they then have to move it... that question you just asked goes in the tweaking forum, if you had a question about IE or any other type of software then it would go into the Software forum... simple. Not flaming just letting you know.. Just trying to save time for the mods. :)
