InoculateIT/Zonealarm question

I have to shut down zonealarm to let autodownload operate in InoculateIT,I tried putting the green checks in zonealarm to allow server for InoculateIT,but that still does not work,I have internet setting on high,I tried low and med there too and that did not help,any ideas,or do I just have to keep shutting down ZA to update InoculateIT ?

Man...I had the same problem and couldn't get an answer either so I went to Tiny Personal Firewall...no problems since and I think it's just as easy. Wish I knew the real answer though!
