How to remove th upload /download limit???

I have a motorola cybersurfer and i have a speed limit of 16k/s on upload and a transfer limit 1GB/month .

Do you know where the limit are set? and bypass them?

Umm Yeah that would be called uncapping and those kind of questions are not tollerated on this board.

-Samsung cable= no upload or download limit

-Motorola = 1gb upload 4 gb download

you cant beat the limit of your ISP. We can help tweak you speeds that you get so you can download and upload faster, but not faster than your cap, but we cant do anything about the DL/UL limit.
