Well if you are asking what I think you are asking which is put in a password so no-one but you can read new mail or send any mail with the account then I know a way.

All you do is, go into tools->accounts->click on the one you wish to password protect->hit properties->on the top tabs - servers----
and then uncheck remember password.

By doing this though you will have to put in your password every time you want to check your mail.

Is there a way to password lock the entire program or at least the address book????:cool:
