Has anyone noticed a boost using this patch on a PRETWEAKED connection? What does it actually change anyway? thx :D

"The only key it makes changes to, that I'm aware of is "DefaultRcvWindow". It changes it to "373360" ?! "
It says it right in the description. I recommend backing up u'r registry first off and see if it helps you or not...everyone's connection is different. See what works for u

that patch was designed for the 95 OS:) I had it on my system and once I read it I realized it only after I installed it and read the files in the folder. You can't read it till the proggy is installed.
YOu may want to search for something on quest@home as this is what it is called once it is installed.

If you want to use that patch, why not just create the key manually and put in that value? You don't need to run the patch.

I dunno what the deal is with it, I installed it is said it was made to help the 95 OS.
If ya wanna try it out go for it:)
I am not happy with it, it slowed me down:(
So I got rid of it-
look it up quest@home
