I've done manual tweaking and even used Cablenut 4.02 and can't seem to change my Rwin. I tried Tcp1323Opts at 1 and 3. I've installed the Rwin fix a long time ago and did it again to make sure. I also did a search on the registry and can't find 8532 anywhere.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
thanks

I guess I just needed to shutdown completely. The RWIN was set once I turned the computer back on. However, my Tcp123Opts is stuck on timestamp. It changed to 1, but the result is still the same on the Analyzer.
thanks for your help, fellas
You have to change to 1, then reboot for it to work:) :)

I did reboot, but now it doesn't matter because I fried the power supply on the main computer. I'm stuck with my laptop and a dial-up connections. Kind of sucks, but if anyone can refer me to a computer store online where I can buy all the parts and make it myself, I would appreciate it.

well it depends on where you live at as to what stores are around. But to get a good price online I would go to http://markonecomputers.com they have the best prices I have found so far on just about everything.
To put in a power supply is nothing, jsutopen your user manual for your motherboard if you have any concerns.:)
www.pricewatch.com:) :) :)
