O.K. I put no on "se 'Email Notification' by default?" this is the right is it?:confused: cause i have got a full emial box here no use del them they just keep coming in:(

Go to User CP, edit options, and select NO for Email notification for each thread that you've participated in, then be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "submit modifications". Does this help?;)
