serious ass search problems

I dont know if you guys know this or not, but i was unable to look for a thread containing anything to do with ram. Why? cause the query is too short. Come on people, do we really need "laws" on how small our search words can be? What is this protecting us from? Who is this benefitting?

One of the biggest topics going, RAM, and it won't let me search for any threads containing that word cause it's a 3 letter word. Too small. Come on guys, jeez.

I mean...What's the sense of having a search function if it's going to be half assed?

are people supposed to come in and post the same questions about whatever 2 or 3 letter word instead of doing a search in the wealth of posts already up? No sense of starting the sme thread over and over.

Ram, DSL, there's 2 huge words right there that you can't do any searches on because of the restrictions.

Again, why are they in place, to protect who from what?
