This is the best reason I've heard yet for buying Q3. I only have HL now and with TFC and CS being my favorite games, I didn't see the point of buying Q3. I got the free demo, but didn't think the gameplay as good as my faves. But those screen shots look sweet! Hmmm... how much spending money do I have....

I am glad you guys crossed over I was getting tired of regular Quake3
the game play is sweet it's a total conversion also the will be releaseing a new version soon . Just remember to turn off auto download go here for maps (http://www.urbanterror.net/maps.html)

For 1v1 your server shortcut command line should have this in it
+set g_gametype 1 0=ffa

Yes you can but its a diffrent ball game, you really need q3ut maps to play correctly

I guess you can say that in a way it has a slower pace, when shot you will bleed to death depending where you are hit if you dont bandage your self, head shots most of the time are instant kills,
