Phillip, I see your LOCKED post, but when I go to that link all I see is this:
Connection parameters retrieved
Try this http://forums.speedguide.net/optd.shtml
By chance, do you have your "Active Scripting" disabled?
If so, go back and "enable " it, that should take care of your problem.
It worked on mine, well progress 1 thing works

Right on the money Sting! Thanks. you are right. I have to enter that new site into my Trusted Sites list. Thanks!
No problem, “rmrucker”.
I’m new to the forum board, but in my short time here, I like what I see.
The members are friendly and try to help out in anyway they can.
I had been having trouble with those bothersome pop ups, and I had tried
various pop up stoppers, but didn't care for how they worked.
Then someone suggested disabling your “Active Scripting”, stating that they
hadn’t had a pop up since doing so.
So I gave it a shot, and it worked for me.
When I have it disabled, so are the pop ups.
But there are times when a page won’t load because of it being disabled.
Trying to run the TCP/IP Analyzer test, for instance.
But it’s no big deal.
If I want to view something where it’s required, I simply turn it on.
But when I’m done, I’ll go back and disable it, or it's a return to, “Pop Up City”!
