Turbo C++

i heard Turbo C++ is now freeware.. cant remember where i read it.. anyone know if thats true? if it is, anyone got any links as to where on Borland's website i can download it?

Borland C++ Builder 5 compiler and Turbo Debugger are free. You can get them here (http://www.borland.com/bcppbuilder/freecompiler/).

I'm not sure if they are an IDE or command-line only.
