TCP Default *Send* Size

Does anyone know how to change the TCP Send Size in Win98 SE ?

All the tweaks seem to change the RCV Window but not one changes the TCP Send Size.

You cannot change the TCP Send Size in Win98 you can however in Windows 2000...
