REGISTRY TWEAK PROBLEMS

whenever i install patches for win9x and
windows me, for some reason it slows up my box, i installed the default patch so my box can go back to normal, my question is, is this problem only effecting me or anyonelse??

Sometimes this affect will occur. What are your speed caps and acutal speeds? You may want to try manually tweaking or the tweaks at speedcorp.net and cablenut.com.
