My caps for downloading is 1.5 Mbps and uploading is 128k.. i'm downloading around 200 k/b a second and steadily dropping to 150 k/b :(

AMD Athlon
384 MB of RAM
60 Gig Hard Drive
@Home Cable
64 MB Geforce 2 GTS Video Card
