My friend told me that you can increase ur Upload speed by setting your defauly gateway to an unused IP . Is this true? If it is, how do I actually find out what Ips unused. Thanks!

This sounds like a old fish story to me, but it would not matter anyway as your provider would know and then, 56K :)
