Recomendations?

I put a high RWIN value, I don't know if it is good (I have Bellsouth ADSL PPPOE)

MTU seems to be optimized for PPPoE... If you are not on a PPPoE connection, consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.

That RWIN is probably to large for PPPoE, if you did not like our patch try Cablenuts which you can get off help page below and there is section on PPPoE :)
