Question about the tweaks on this website

The ones you just run to tweak the speed of your cable, are they legal or not?

so all i do is click on them and they auto install...do they work as good as the manual registary tweaks?

they are manual registries.. just done a bit easier.. (we're talking about the patches, right?) With the Cablenut Adjuster, you manually change it, but its a shortcut, and its easier.. and better :D

Double click what? You need to be specific. What did you download? If it was a patch, which one?

P.S. the instructions are right beneath the patches..
You'll have to reboot for changes to take affect. :)

Make sure you back up your registry before you make any changes to it.. sometimes, bad things happen :) DSL connection I assume.. you should download the cablenut adjuster from www.cablenut.com (http://www.cablenut.com) I prefer that instead of the patches, the patches are easier to use, but they only do one specific change, a change that might not even be the best suitable tweak for your computer. Download the cablenut adjuster, and ask Lobo or Dannjr to help you. I'm off to sweepy wand.. I'll be back around 1 p.m. Lot's of luck, and be careful. ;)

Nah, i couldn't be bothered paying $80.00(Australian) for something of which a high speed couldn't exceed 32kb p/s...

so i invested in Cable getting 64 k p/s...

i dunno, i was just wondering, if you had the auto tweaks, why would you bother typing in all that stuff in regedit?

would that be a better one than the ones on cablenut?

Nah, it's alright, im just still abit cloudy on the matter, it's getting easier, i figured out how to back up the registry before we begin tweaking...but then what.
