Does RWIN highly affect the way Counter-Strike plays? Does a firewall (ZoneAlarm) highly affect it?

I don't know about the wrin. But with zonealarm. I have heard people say it best to use the medium setting with it. For playing that game. Hope this helps out a little. :)
