I have a problem with my windows 2K and a port. It is the port that my modem goes through to get an outside line i guess, however I have changed my modem port already, as well as I have bought a new modem. Nothing seems to help. The deal is when i get offline or get booted(dial up sux), I have to restart my computer to get back online. If not I get an error message that states the port is already open. Can anyone help me? :confused:
