fah won't read .cfg???

Ok I was messing around with Neptune,didn't work,so I deleted all the extra files.
Now I have my .cfg file in my folding dir and when I start the program it say's configuring for first use??
How do I get it to read my .cfg file or do I have to reinstall :(

I just did that and copied my .cfg back in the folder and it worked.
Lost my folding voyeour though, where do you get it again?
