As soon as I set the Speedguide registry recommendations for win98se, I began experiencing problems. I have two PCs connected to a linksys router. The PC I applied the settings to, seems to lose it's connection (the other PC is fine). I must reboot to get connection. This repeats itself each time I am connected for a while
