I am trying to connect my NT4(Sp6)machine to the internet via SpeedStream 3010 ATM NIC/Alcatel 1000 ADSL modem. I have setup RAS and created the phonebook entry. The drivers for the NIC seem to be properly loaded since I do see activity on the modem lights when I initiate a dialup connection. My problem is that my user name and password will not properly authenticate to the Ameritech side, I know I'm using the correct username and password. I've tried all three levels of encryption with no sucess. any thoughts would be appreciated.
