Has anyone experienced problems with Napster, Games, Chat Programs when trying to use these programs through Internet Sharing Software?
What software are you referring to? There is a lot of net sharing soft. out there. eg. Proxy soft, ICS (built-in to 98se, 2k, ME), etc. If your using proxy software that has firewall functionality, then you may have probs w/some apps/games if you don't setup the firewall corectly. Just like w/routers that have built-in firewalls.

Thank You for answering. I was referring to software like sygate and wingate. Do those have built in firewalls?
Yes, they both have firewalls.
And in those cases you need to make sure the ports for the applications you are trying use are open on the firewall. Additionally you may have to map those ports to the ip address of the computer behind the firewall that the app runs on.
