Using Internet Connection Sharing, recently used DrTCP to try to speed up the cable modem. Not sure if that is the cause of the problem. Problem is, I normally disable ICS to use certain programs, as they aren't compatible with ICS, then enable it again when finished. Suddenly, when I disable ICS, the taskbar icon shows disabled, but the other computer still has internet connection, and the programs that aren't compatible with ICS won't work. So basically, it's not disabling, though it SHOWS that it is. I don't know if I need to restore the registry keys I changed, nor do I know exactly which keys WERE changed, since I used this program and didn't do it manually. Or if the tweaks are even the cause of the problem. Any solutions?
