Linksys setup page?

I can't get to my setup page unless I go into Internet options and enable the proxy server and tick "bypass proxy server for local addresses" Then I have to enter the address in the exception box.

This sure is alot to do, am I accessing the page right? Each time I go back afterwards and turn off the proxy server, surfing seems faster without it enabled.

I had same problem a few times and just added ":80" to the end and it worked fine.
