I like the 64 Bit PCI if you have the board that can handle that.

I like the Intel PRO/100 Dual port Server Adapter... Use that with a managed switch then use the software to bind the ports together and get an aggregate of 400 Mbps. Have done this and its HOT. Not to mention the intel nics are stable.

3Com are very good choice to. I would either use 3com or Intel for the best results and reliablity.

I personlly love 3Com. I had an OLD OLD OLD 3Com 905B 'n it got busted bout a month ago, I called up 3Com, they gave me an address to mail the defective card to, 'n within a week I got a new one in the mail totally free!! All 3Com products have life time warrenties 'n they stand by that.
