Help me with my dsl network layout?

I have all the necessary parts to make a network work, but I need to know the correct layout for the network. One of my computers already has a dsl modem and has an IP but I need to get dsl on my second computer using a network. Help!!!!!

So ya need help with your setup
this will be a whole lot easier through the email so give me spec
nic's(network cards)hub OS(operating system)
PCI or ISA cat45 or cable.
