Go to his computer, get to a c: prompt. At the prompt, type 'format c:' It will say something to the effect of 'all data will be lost, blah blah blah' Don't worry about all of this, just type 'y' and hit enter.

Voila! Your bro can't mess with you (for a while anyhow.)

BTW - Obviously I am only kidding....

He is using a Netbios Trojan. Either download a trojan scanner to find and eliminate it, or go get Zonealarm from www.zonelabs.com (http://www.zonelabs.com) (it is a free firewall). It will allow you to restrict all network traffic (interent and local). It could also be simpler, he could be using version 3+ of netmeeting. If you have an icon by your clock that looks like a world with a couple swirls around it - that is netmeeting. Open it and turn off 'remote desktop sharing'. Hope this helps.

Just go into your drive properties and disable shareing. This will stop him for awhile. Or you can put passwords in wich would burn him up more.

The real question is are you bigger than him! If you are then you know what to do. If not, get something like zonealarm, scan from trojans, change passwords, blow fuses, cut wires, just declare war!

Use Zone Alarm and do a virus scan.
www.zonealarm.com (http://www.zonealarm.com) for firewall www.grisoft.com (http://www.grisoft.com) for virus scan

Get a real cool game or something that he would want! Leave the setup on your desk top. Place a virus in the file and set up a firewall after he downloads it.
Just a joke? Get a firewall and do the above posts.
