I could use some help
I have win2000 adv server with 2 Nics
Nic 1 to cbl modem. IP addr. and dns supplied by Mediaone cbl modem
Nic 2 to home network. Internet connetion shareing is enabled on Nic 2 and forced IP addr. of 192.168.0.1 mask of 255.255.255.0 and gway of 192.168.0.1 DHCP supplys IP addr. to computer on home lan. I can ping Nic 2 but not nic 1 from home lan computor. I have a problem with IP forwarding or incorrect gatway statement. Any help for me
or should I ask any hope for me..??

I see your problem Waysouth. You should be sharing NIC 1. It's a little confusing sometimes. Leave the 192.168.0.1 to NIC 2 and enable DHCP.

That should do it.
