Question; I am trying to attempt a VPN connection to my office computers. At home i have a cable modem and WIN98SE. I use the DUN and establish a VPN connection to my netopia/covad router at the office. (the router has been configured and set up to allow me to log in.) The router is in turn connect to our switch in addition to the rest of our computers (also WIN98SE). I can ping the IP addresses of the office computers and the printers but can't see any of the drives on the shared resources.

I have read alot of stuff but can't figure out what I am doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check shareing under each drive?
This may sound stupid but thats what most
people I have talk to that have setup a network forgets.
