Hello,
i just recently got a cable modem, and so did a few friends in my aera. we are all on the same segment of the WAN. and i was wondering if it would be possiable to set up like a private network. so we can share files and play network games as a lan game. i am useing Winroute as my NAT and my friends network is sharing useing NAT32. My server computer is running windowsNT 4.0 SP6 and his server computer is Win2k Pro. and there are a few other friends that are just hooked directly into the cable modem. any help would be greatly appreciated. i am also willing to try to sitch to sygate to see if i can do it with that. i do have winroute set up that i can see the computer from my friends house. to allow the computer to browse mine. accept that it diddent have the premissions set so he can. thanks again

You need to look into Virtual Private Networking (VPN). It's built into Windows98. I'm too lasy/busy at the moment to give ya any links, but I'll post some later.
