Sure, just plug your modem into a switch, then plug the routers into the switch.
I have my modem plugged into a switch. A Linksys router is connected to one port (first @Home IP). A Linux box is connected to another port of the switch (second @Home IP). The Linux box has 2 network cards, one for the internet, one for the LAN.
The Linux box has its own IP. The router has another IP, for the rest of my computers to get their internet connections.
