Hi all , hey i was wondering if i could set up my own mail server thing within my own network??? is it possable?? can someone direct me to a site or if one of you more knowledgable types could give me some pointers that would be fantastic.

I thought someone would know how to make an internal mailing system using dns or something along those lines in an internal network of about 10 computers.... come one ppl think please :D

You up to dropping that much cash to get a honkin server to run NT server, plus MS Exchange or I-Mail?

Just pickup a vanity e-mail domain at someplace like www.burlee.com, (http://www.burlee.com,) have them host your e-mail domain, and use POP3 clients to get it from each workstation...lot cheaper that way.
