Help with ADSL.......

I have had PacBell ADSL for about 1 year now and for about 8 months it performed awesome. Now for the last 2 months there has been some problems. Every single day around noon my latency and speed goes really high. I did a ping to the DNS and I would get reply times in the 150ms. Now prior to noon I did a ping to the same DNS and they replies came back in the 10-20ms.
I contacted pacbell and they replaced my modem checked to see if it was the comp and even removed a bridge tap from my line. All didnt help. The weird thing is that this happens every single day at noon and will last all the way up till midnight.
Does anyone know what I can tell them what to do or on how to fix this?

Try posting in the Pac Bell forum at dslreports.com. The moderator is a PB data tech.

Try the gateway instead of the DNS.
