PCMCIA conflict with NIC???

I have DSL and WinPoet on my laptop. I cannot connect to net if I am using my PCMCIA 250mb Zip drive. When I take out the zip cable, the world smiles. Otherwise it's rainy days and Mondays consistently. Anyone got any clues and fixes? Thanks!

Check and see if you have a conflict with either device (do this while they are both connected). If that is the case, force one or the other to an un/less-used irq.
