Hi, I just got a cable modem and am trying to set up the Linksys signle port router with my existing ethernet network. But I can't seem to configure it right. Do I need to update my MAC address on file with Media One or what? Any suggestions.

What are your computers attached to?
Did you configure the router for your connection?
How are the TCP/IP stacks configured on each PC?

The computers are plugged into a four port Netgear Ethernet hub model #EN104TP. It is configured as instructed for DHCP. The TCP/IP on each computer are configured to get the address automatically.

Are the computers viewable/accessible over the LAN?

Yes, all the computers are visible on the network.

I finally got it to work. I had to use MAC address cloning to get it to work.
