OMG!

I used hyper terminal to go into my router, and then I was changing something, and it said saving to rom... forever and then it just said disconnected and now I can't connect to my isp! and I cant use hyperterminal to get into my router either!

I tried turning the power on and off too!

I have a netgear rt314.

Download this using your DialUp and follow the instructions, you will have to reapply all the firmware updates..

Actually If You Can Connect a Serial Cable To The Serial Port Of Your Router, you should be able to do it from there, if not Im Just as Clueless as you are :confused:

Call Netgear if it is Still Under Warranty hell call them if its not under Warranty, just ask them if there is a simpler way to reset the Route to Factory Settings.
