Lan-to-Lan Solution Needed

I need a solution to connect multiple lans together to form a WAN. We use DSL and Cable, and want to bridge the 2+ networks together. I don't want expensive routers, but rather an easy 'vpn' style solution for linking the networks together.

I'm currently setting up a VPN between multiple LANS and home offices. I'm using MS RAS from Win2K Server. You need a real IP address for your connection points to do this, however.

We are currently using the VPN solution.. That connects one computer to the network. What I am looking for is something that will connect the entire network to the remote network... I guess it could be considered a Virtual Gateway to the other network. I have been told the only method to do so, is expensive routers that will route to the other network :confused:
